About Us

Long Live Idaho is a statewide initiative, led by University of Idaho Extension’s Eat Smart Idaho program, in the College of Agricultural and Life Sciences, to promote healthy eating and active living. Eat Smart Idaho works alongside communities to make healthy living possible for all through education, resources, and support to eat well, move more, and thrive.

University of Idaho Extension brings the knowledge and research of University of Idaho to you. Through local offices across the state in 42 counties, three federally recognized tribes, and 10 College of Agricultural and Life Sciences research and Extension centers, we connect residents with university expertise, hands-on workshops, and trusted information to support farms, families, and businesses.
